Can I Put a Reserve on my Item(s)?
We do not hold a reserve on contents unless the value is over $1,000.00 per item. We also ask that you have zero expectations of what your item(s) will sell for
We are not in the moving business, however, we can arrange for your items to be picked up by a moving company. We simply hire out the movers to come and collect the items from you, they will then be brought to our auction center and stored at our facility until we can get them into one of our monthly sales. The trucking costs are then deducted from your sale proceeds. On average a moving truck and two men is approx. $120/ hour

Within 12 business days of the sale closing, we are able to process a cheque or send an e-transfer for your items. We also include an itemized list of all your contents that sold in the sale, what they sold for, and a breakdown of commission, as well as any trucking or dump fees (if applicable) gets deducted from the bottom balance.
